Hosa Technology announces its PPC-100 series powered speaker cables. As a snake that incorporates both shielded power and shielded audio lines into a single cable, the new PPC-100 powered speaker cables provide a convenient solution for interconnecting mixing consoles and powered studio reference monitors. Offering XLR3F and NEMA 5-15P to XLR3M and IEC C13 connectivity, the cables represent an alternative to pairing an XLR interconnect with a conventional unshielded power cord. The cables incorporate a UL-approved, 14AWG-shielded power cord to deliver AC power, coupled with a shielded 24AWG audio interconnect featuring industry-standard Neutrik X-series XLR connectors (male/female) to deliver line-level audio signals. Featuring 3ft. fans on both ends of the snake, the new cable provides ample cable length to accommodate convenient configuration of both the audio connections and the connection to the AC power distribution box.
