Atlona has introduced Link-Connect plenum HDMI cables. Available in lengths of 25ft., 35ft., 50ft., and 75ft., the cables are certified for installation in plenum and riser air spaces. The space above drop ceilings and under raised floors is the optimal place for routing HDMI cables. However, due to the hazards of smoke inhalation in the event of a fire, the National Electrical Code specifies the use of plenum- certified cables in these spaces, which can withstand high temperatures without giving off significant fumes.
