The GefenPRO 8x8 Matrix for HDMI w/4 ELR/POL from Gefen offers full cross-point routing among all eight sources and displays using HDMI. It allows the connection of four displays locally and four displays remotely using ELR (Extra Long Range) technology based on HDBaseT up to 330ft. One Cat-5 cable is used to reach each remote location. Gefen’s POL (Power over Line) technology sends power over the same cable for the receiver units, and Gefen FST (Fast Switching Technology) guarantees an instant switch between sources. The switcher also Includes IP control through a web interface with Telnet support, 3DTV pass-through, and built-in EDID management. It is upgradeable through the RS-232 port or through IP control.
